The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2018 in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.71 of 2018, registered under Sections 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Only on the basis of suspicion, he has been taken into custody. It is further submitted that he is having a clean antecedent and there is no recovery of any stolen articles was made from the petitioner as has been alleged.
