The petitioner is aggrieved with the order dated 18.10.2021 passed by the District Programme Officer, Rohtas, Sasaram in Appeal Case No.75/2019-20 as also the letter no.513 dated 21.10.2021 issued by the Child Development Officer, Dinara, whereby she has been removed from the post of Anganwari Sevika.

3. Referring to Annexure-7 to the writ petition, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Deo, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that notices were issued in Anganwari Appeal Case No.22 of 2021 to all the concerned but despite lapse of more

Patna High Court CWJC No.4573 of 2025(2) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 than 3-4 years, said appeal could not be brought to its logical conclusion and, as such, the petitioner preferred the present writ petition.

4. Mr. Gopal Krishna, learned Advocate for the State, seeks a short adjournment to verify the contentions and the present position of Anganwari Appeal Case No.22 of 2021.

5. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the respective parties and taking note of the nature of the grievance, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.2 to bring Anganwari Appeal Case No.22 of 2021 to its logical conclusion, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has not been done till date.
