Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 448, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner assaulted with garansa to Ajit Kumar Laldeo causing cut injury on his finger while other accused persons took away box containing cash and documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injuries were found to be lacerated, tender and swelling hence no case under Section 307 I.P.C is made out. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
