2. The petitioner has moved the Court for a direction to the University to pay arrears of salary as Lecturer (senior scale) from November, 2000 to December, 2005 as well as difference of salary as Reader/Associate Professor from January, 2006 to May, 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for such relief, he has already filed representation before the Vice Chancellor (respondent no. 5) of the University, which is still pending. He draws the attention of the Court to such representations, copies of which has been made Annexure-9 series to the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.7363 of 2016 dt.26-04-2017 2/2 application. He submitted that the same may be directed to be disposed off within a reasonable period.

4. Learned counsel for the State and the University are agreeable to such proposition.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to dispose off the representations filed by the petitioner, with regard to the aforesaid grievances, within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. If the respondent no. 5 comes to the conclusion that payments are required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within two months thereafter.
