This is an application for regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 363 of 2017 arising out of Siwaipatti P. S. Case 12 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)A, 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-AAA), 26(2) and 27(2) of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol with ten cartridges from his possession. It is submitted that petitioner is behind the bar since 26.02.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 8th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with S. Tr. No. 363
