The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 344 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, one truck loaded with 800 cft. Illegal stone chips was seized and thereafter, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other co-accused assaulted the police force and tried to get released the seized truck. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Darmendra Vishwakarma who has already been granted bail by this court. There is general and omnibus allegation against all

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 344 of 2021.
