The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Paharpur (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioners having assaulted the mother and sister-in-law of the informant resulting in them sustaining injuries.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury reports annexed to the present petition would show that the injuries sustained by the injured ladies are simple in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 17188 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 nature, hence, the benefit of doubt can be given to the petitioners herein. It is submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and they are languishing in custody since 10.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018.
