Petitioner is in custody in connection with Parbatta P.S. case No. 37 of 2017 for the offence under sections 420, 417, 419, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Cyber Crime Law, 2000.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that co-accused Anita Devi was granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37053 of 2018 vide order dated 19.07.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 8.8.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
