Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 433 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Except confessional statement there is nothing against this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26971 of 2021(3) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 433 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
