JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 498A of the IPC and section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
The informant alleged that after her marriage with the petitioner, she is being abused, assaulted and tortured for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry by the accused persons including the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all respects and dignity but the same is not acceptable to her. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the informant-wife.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report.

No.24392 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the informant-wife. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.02 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
