This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 16.02.2016 passed in Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.210 of 2015 by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Muzaffarpur, for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) and 347 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all the points at the appropriate stage of the trial.
