The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 379 of 2019 under sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant is the Manager of Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd; Saraiya. On 17.10.2019 while he was working at his office, six miscreants armed with pistol entered his office and on the point of pistol, looted Rs. 4,93,259/- including the documents of the Bank. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his role has come as liner in the occurrence and only because he has criminal antecedent, his name has been cropped up. Learned APP opposes the prayer stating that he played an important role which led to the accused persons storming the

Considering the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail and as such the same is rejected accordingly.
If the petitioner surrenders before the concerned court and files petition, it shall dispose of the same on the same day without being prejudiced of any observation made herein. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/Kiran U T
