The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.902(C)/2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and other in-laws tortured the complainant physically and mentally for non-fulfillment of demand of additional dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners have got

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27299 of 2021(3) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. The petitioners are in-laws and no specific overt act is alleged against them.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, District Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.902(C)/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
