Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C2-42/17, Trial No. 14 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 465, 468, 471, 476/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner was only making Pairvi in the case in question and he, to the best of his knowledge, did not file any fake or spurious document in that case. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.04.2018.
