The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant's vehicle being damaged and cash and other articles being robbed led to registration of FIR against unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co accused Ajay Kumar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.20020 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Sherghati at Gaya.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
