The petitioner seeks bail in Silao P. S. Case No. 224 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b)a/26/35/25 1(AA) of the Arms Act. In the written report, it is alleged that one country made loaded pistol along with eight live cartridges, one additional magazine loaded with seven live cartridges, fifteen live cartridges of KF 7.65 were recovered from beneath the bed of this petitioner.
It is further alleged that from the Godrej kept in the house 10 packets of cartridges, 10 in each packets, total 100 and one extra total 101 cartridge of 0.315 in which KF 8mm was written, have been recovered. It is also alleged that cash
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15101 of 2019(4) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 amount of Rs. 5,10,200/- has been recovered from house of this petitioner.
Petitioner also bears criminal antecedent.
Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. He is given liberty to renew prayer for bail after six months if no substantial progress is made in the trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
