Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle has not yet been released.

The Commercial Taxes Officer, Bhabhua is personally present in Court and submits that on account of certain defects in the bank guarantee the delay has taken place and since the same has been rectified, the vehicle is going to be released by tomorrow (15.05.2015).

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the Commercial Taxes Officer, Bhabhua, no further order is required to be passed.
