Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 323 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is elder brother of the husband of the victim of dowry death. The parents of the husband have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15953 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
