For the Appellant :

Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Sinha, Adv.

For the Respondents :

Mr. Usha Kumari 1, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The prayer of the appellant is with regard to cancellation of bail having been granted by the learned lower Court in favour of respondent no. 2 on the ground that during the course of filing of the bail petition (Annexure 2) the respondent no. 2 did not disclose his criminal antecedent although he happens to be an accused in five cases as incorporated under paragraph 7 of this appeal. It has also been submitted at the end of the learned counsel for the appellant that in paragraph 3 of the bail petition, the criminal antecedent of the appellant has to be incorporated as per standing order. However, same is not placed on record.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.998 of 2019(5) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 In the aforesaid background, in case such kind of requirement persists under the guise of standing order, then in that circumstance the appellant would file a petition drawing the attention of the learned lower Court, who, after hearing the parties, will pass appropriate order more particularly in the background of concealment of the criminal antecedent. In terms thereof, instant memo of appeal is disposed of.
