The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner is cousin fatherin-law of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is victim of over implication. Petitioner is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
