On account of illegal transportation of sand from a river, petitioners including others being tractor driver have been named as well as apprehended whereupon, is under custody since 18.08.2017.

Accordingly, petitioners Parmanand Singh, Ranjeet Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IInd, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.
