Mr. Abhay Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399, 402/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.07.2018. He further submits that the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case, as he is the fast friend of Bigan Singh, who was apprehended by the police. He further submits that the aforesaid Bigan Singh has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.11.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 73850 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15149 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018.
