The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,323, 324, 307,354(A), 379, 504,506 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant was irrigating his land on 15.09.2015, then the accused persons came there with arms and started to assault the informant. He raised hulla then his elder brother came to save him. Then the co-accused Chandra Shekhar Chauhan has fired but the same did not hit him. This petitioner assaulted his mother. The co-accused Lallu Chauhan snatched golden chain and ear-ring of his mother worth

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20880 of 2016 (3) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 Rs. 30,000/-. Upon hearing the sound of firing, several people came there and then all the accused persons fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the mother of the informant. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that there is no injury report in respect to the mother of the informant. The other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 19023 of 2016.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 117/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
