The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2018 in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on suspicion, the petitioner was chased and apprehended and thereafter, it was stated that the motorcycle and the two mobiles which were recovered, was stolen property. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already in jail for past six months. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by all the terms and conditions as imposed by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.36611 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be his father.
