2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 267 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 325, 427, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354-B, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim on his leg. He is in jail since 09.01.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
