JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2015 Writ application is dismissed because there is no clear pleading or supporting material which can enthuse this Court to pass any order in favour of the petitioner. On 27.4.2015, time was granted to the petitioner to supplement her writ application and cover up the intentionally kept evasive and vague pleadings. Today's affidavit is worse than the original affidavit, if what the word evasive means. In view of the same, no adjudication can be made on the prayer of the petitioner. Writ is dismissed.
