The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2015 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 51/2016 arising out of Jhajha P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16 and 17 of U.A. (P) A . Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name surfaced in connection with the present case only on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Vikram Yadav. It is further submitted that the said Vikram Yadav had also taken the name of one Ganori Yadav and Ramesh Hembram, who have both been now granted regular bail vide order dated 01.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9795 of 2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40823 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 and vide order dated 18.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13398 of 2016. It is further submitted that the petitioner's case stand on similar footing. He, however, submits fairly enough that the petitioner has several other criminal antecedents, all based on confessions, in which, the petitioner has been granted regular bail. Taking into consideration the entire gamut of circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Sessions Trial No. 51 of 2016 arising out of Jhajha P.S. Case No.

131 of 2014, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors will be his own relative, namely, father, mother, brother, Sister and/or his wife. (ii) the petitioner shall present himself before the Court below on each and every date of the trial and shall not absent himself from the trial for any reasons whatsoever without taking permission of the Court.
