And further writ in the nature or writ of mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to make all the payment of Annexure-2 by which the bill claim by the petitioner is rejected of 25 cases under RSBI project in 2011 (22 cases, Patna District, TPA MD India) and 3 cases of Nalanda District (TPA E meditake) National Insurance Company Limited as the payment has to be made with respect to the cases has to be made above and even after several representation till date the payment has not cleared without any reason, the payment be made with 18% interest as the petitioner is working as super specialist medical office and she is working as per the agreement between the petitioner and the Managing Director India health care service (T.P.A. Pvt. Ltd.).
And/or pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present
Patna High Court CWJC No.14604 of 2014(2) dt.28-02-2023 3/3 writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
