JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-06-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3,4,5 of Bihar Mining Act.

The petitioner is alleged to be the owner of the tractor, who was not found at the place of occurrence. The allegation is that the tractor was being used to transport illegal mining sand.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
