Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioners and others bitterly assaulted to Ashok Chaudhary as a result whereof he died. The Doctor has found head injury as cause of death. Submission is that the petitioners are in custody since 01.11.2018. Except informant, there is no eyewitness of the occurrence.

Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17096 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhangai Police Station Case No. 48 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
