JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 The petitioners, who are father and mother law and wife of elder brother in law of the deceased, apprehend arrest in Alipur P.S.Case No. 30/14, instituted under sections 498(A) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is stated that the deceased died due to accidental fire. The bonafide is writ large from the fact that the husband of the deceased had since married the younger sister of the deceased and the brother of the deceased has already made statement that it was under some misconception, the case has been filed.

No.31505 of 2014 (3) dt.12-03-2015 2 / 2 Be that as it may, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Suresh Sharma, Sheela Devi and Rinki Devi, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 30/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2)Cr.P.C.
