JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he submitted Rs.5000/- for the alleged felling of the tree which was accepted by the opposite party and accordingly an order was passed by the Mega Lok Adalat on 12.04.2014.

As such he submits that he may be allowed to place the said document before the learned Trial court so that the matter could be taken to its logical conclusion. Taking into account the aforesaid fair submission put forward by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of.
