The petitioner has been in custody since 26.03.2018 in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 giving rise G.R. No. 1535 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code but cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 447, 324, 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and tried to cut the neck of the daughter of the informant. The said allegation finds supported in the injury report. Hence, the present bail application stands rejected. Let the petitioner renew his prayer for bail after
