2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 310(4) & 310(5) of B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. One loaded Katta was recovered from possession of this petitioner and he is in custody since 21.11.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge IVcum-ACJM IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal
