Petitioners are in custody in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) (b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 819 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioners are father and son and they have let out the shop on contract. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal

District and Sessions Judge-IIIrd cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Nalanda at Biharsharif, connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019.
