Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bidupur PS Case No.253 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner killed the son of the informant by a sickle by hitting on his neck. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated because earlier the son of the petitioner had filed a case against the informant and the deceased; whereas learned counsel for the State submits that both sides are on inimical terms and there is specific allegation against the only sole accused, the petitioner, that he killed the son of the informant and the informant is witness to the
