application and submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this M.J.C. application is allowed and First Appeal No.460 of 1975 is restored to its original file. The learned counsel, Mr. Jitendra Nath for the petitioners submitted that he has already filed vakalatnama on behalf of some of the appellants in the First Appeal but his name was not printed on behalf of the appellant in the daily cause list on the date when the First Appeal was dismissed. Therefore, in view of the submission, the office shall see that in future when the First Appeal will be listed, the name of the learned counsel is printed in the daily cause list on behalf of the appellants.
