JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,447 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant when co accused Shashi Singh started abusing and co accused Awadhesh Singh took rupees ten thousand from the pocket of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner and nothing was recovered from the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.17615 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Buxar.
