The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No. 334 of 2016 registered under Section 366A of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that petitioner enticed away minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. Submission is that girl was major and she having love relationship to the petitioner, both eloped and got married and she admitted this fact in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the medical doctor has assessed her age 18 years. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikram Kumar @ Vikram Manjhi is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
