Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. case No. 37 of 2018 for the offence under sections 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.04.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that charge-sheet has been submitted on 11.05.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case on 11.05.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
