The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra, as similar issue was decided by this Court vide order dated 09.08.2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 16165 of 2019. In order to maintain consistency, the writ petition is disposed of with similar terms, since the petitioners were sent for training for the academic Session 2014-16 and they completed their course in May, 2016, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of trained pay scale w.e.f. 01.06.2016.
