Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 489(B), 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 of the Unlawful Activities(Prevention) Act.

From the possession of co-accused Santosh Yadav counterfeit currency note of Rs.

1000/- denomination were recovered. He named the petitioner from whom he received the seized counterfeit currency notes. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly there is no recovery from the petitioner and Santosh Yadav is in habit of naming in all the cases in which he gets involved.

Considering the fact that recovery is not from the petitioner, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24027 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Bettiah, West Champaran.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
