2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 02 of 2024 arising out of Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 22(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 45(12) of the Prison Act.

3. Some tablets have been recovered from the petitioner but the exact nature of the recovered article has not been mentioned in the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with NDPS Case No. 02 of 2024 arising out of Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024.
