2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sahepur Kamal P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 392, 307 and 326 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants are alleged to have taken away gold worth Rs. 10,00,000/- along with some cash of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and his name has surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16254 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/3 Praveen Kumar Soni who was arrested in another case bearing Bakhri P.S. Case No. 302 of 2024. It is further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from the premises of the petitioner. It is next submitted that till date no T.I.P., has been conducted for the verification of the accused persons. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has seven criminal antecedents and is in custody since 12.11.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has stated that the petitioner carries criminal antecedents and there are seven cases pending against him.

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the parties and taking into account the fact that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner coupled with the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Begusarai, in connection with Sahepur Kamal P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024.
