The impugned order dated 31.03.2015 is under challenge. By the impugned order, regular bail of the petitioner was dismissed and the Court below has directed for issuance of process under Section 82 and 83.

There is no stay order by this Court and there is information provided by the petitioner that order dated 31.03.2015 was not challenged. Moreover, there was a direction by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 33474 of 2014 to the petitioner to surrender within four weeks after his anticipatory bail was allowed with certain directions. The petitioner thereafter appeared before the Court below and was granted provisional bail on 11.03.2015 and due to none appearance of the petitioner personally on 31.03.2015 N.B.W.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24055 of 2015(2) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 and process under Section 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. was issued. The impugned order cannot be held to be illegal.
