JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 213 of 2016 for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner figured in the instant case on the confessional statement of co-accused Prince Kumar. The statement in para 8 on affidavit stated that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, but up till now Test Identification Parade has not been conducted. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 20.09.2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2016 and he has not been put on T.I.P., let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
