The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354B, 324, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that on conclusion of investigation, the police found the petitioner innocent and differing with the police report submitted under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the learned Magistrate summoned the petitioner also while taking cognizance of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35480 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 offences, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S.
