Patna High Court CWJC No.7504 of 2016(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/3 Complaint made by outsider namely Sri Arvind Kumar [a non candidate complainant] alleging that the petitioner was earlier working as Aanganwari Sevika appointed on strength of a Madhma Certificate which was found to be forged as such was removed from service as such alleged that her matriculation certificate of Same session i.e. 2009 appears to be forged as such requested to remove the petitioner from the post of Uddipika & upon such request the respondent No.5 directed removal of the writ petitioner & directed appointment of another candidate happens to be wife of Sri Arvind Kumar itself.

It is relevant herewith to mention that the respondent No.5 had sent the Certificate of petitioner to Bihar School Examination Board Patna for verification & the Bihar School Examination Board reported by letter No.1521 Dated 03.03.16 that the Certificate of the petitioner passed with 2nd Division is genuine.

After, some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
