2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the case, the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed. So far the second grievance is concerned, he intends to file an application before the competent authority i.e. District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna (Respondent No. 5) for enhancement of compensation.

3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority in accordance with law for redressal of his grievance.
