1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(5), 61(2) of BNSS and Sections 30(a), 32(2), 36 and 41(1) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition and Excise Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, total 3548 litres of illicit liquor was recovered out of which 2259 litres of illicit liquor recovered from the truck of this petitioner. Petitioner is the owner of the truck in question from which huge quantity of illicit liquor was recovered.
